Health Guarantee Overview

Mandatory Initial Veterinary Exam

You must schedule a comprehensive health check with a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your kitten. This exam confirms their condition upon arrival and activates your health guarantee. A copy of the vet report must be shared with us upon request.

Coverage for Hereditary Conditions

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-limiting congenital or hereditary condition—such as HCM, SMA, or PKD—before the kitten reaches 12 months of age, and the condition is confirmed to originate from our breeding program (not due to post-purchase care), we offer:

• A full replacement kitten of equivalent quality from our next available litter, OR
• A full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping, delivery, or airline fees).

The diagnosis must be verified by our consulting veterinarian. The kitten must be returned in good health with all original documentation. Return transportation costs are the adopter’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Minor, treatable conditions such as stress-related diarrhea, mild eye discharge, or flea infestations due to environmental factors.

Guarantee Voidance

This guarantee becomes null and void if:

• The 72-hour veterinary exam is not completed.
• Proof of the exam is not provided when requested.
• The kitten shows signs of neglect, improper care, or breach of the adoption contract.
