72-Hour Exchange Option

If, within 72 hours of receiving your kitten, you feel the match is not suitable for your household or lifestyle, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time exchange for another available kitten of equal or lesser value. This option is subject to the following conditions:

• The kitten must be in excellent health, with no signs of neglect, injury, or mistreatment, as verified by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival.
• All original documentation—including health records, vaccination certificates, microchip details, and pedigree papers—must be returned intact.
• You are responsible for all transportation costs associated with safely returning the kitten to our facility and receiving the replacement.
• Exchanges are contingent upon kitten availability and our approval, based on what we believe is the best fit for both you and the kitten.

This short window allows us to act quickly to ensure the kitten’s emotional and physical well-being while helping you find a more compatible companion.

Partial Refund Consideration

In exceptional circumstances where an exchange is not possible, we may consider a partial refund after a thorough review. The amount, if any, will depend on factors such as:

• The kitten’s age, condition, and duration in your care.
• Veterinary expenses already incurred (e.g., vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, genetic testing).
• Costs related to pre-adoption care, nutrition, and preparation.

Please note: Full refunds are not offered, as significant investment—both financial and emotional—is made in each kitten long before they go to their new home. Any refund will be determined at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

Return Requirements

Should a return be necessary, the following conditions must be met:

• The kitten must be returned in the same healthy condition as when delivered, with no evidence of improper care, malnourishment, or harm, as assessed by our veterinary team.
• All provided paperwork—health certificates, vaccination records, registration documents, and microchip information—must accompany the kitten.
• You are solely responsible for arranging and covering the cost of safe, stress-free transportation back to our cattery, using a method that prioritizes the kitten’s comfort and safety.
• We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these standards or suggests inadequate care.

• Routine veterinary care, including screening for breed-related conditions like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and hip dysplasia.

• Patience and consistency, especially during the adjustment period.
